Our campaign is based on raising awareness and supporting all refugee education in Canada. The ongoing conflicts in Central Sahel, Ukraine and Gaza, have forced people to flee their countries of origin and seek refuge in other areas. Specifically focused on education, these refugees and displaced individuals frequently encounter significant challenges and barriers to their personal education, facing a scarcity of appropriate resources in the learning process. Traditional educational platforms often fail to cater to the distinct needs of the refugee community, lacking customization, active engagement and not addressing gender inequalities. This project that we have named Edunet, education (edu) provided on the internet (net), aims to meet the specific needs and demands of refugees and displaced individuals globally, while addressing these common limitations by providing free educational resources through the internet.
